Purchases

If you purchase any product or service through the Service, an agreement is concluded only after confirmation by PS-tech or commencement of performance. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service may be provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless terminated in writing in accordance with the agreed notice period.

Content

You are responsible for any information, data, or materials you provide through the Service and warrant that such content does not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

PS-tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data. PS-tech’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Termination 

PS-tech may terminate or suspend access to the Service with immediate effect in case of breach or insolvency. Any outstanding amounts become immediately due.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
